Polydojo.com Is Shutting Down

It's been over 7 years since we launched Polydojo. We are truly grateful to all our users for giving Polydojo a shot. After much consideration, we've made the decision to shut down the Polydojo web application.

The Polydojo web application shall shut down on 10 Oct 2025.

In the meantime (i.e. before 10 Oct 2025):

• The application shall remain accessible, and existing users may log in as usual.
• Forms and integrations (such as auto-triggered emails) should continue to work.
• Existing users shall no longer be charged from this point forward.
• We suggest existing users to log in to Polydojo to download their form submission data.
